MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS / MAINTENANCE

Feel secure all round: You will always be on the safe side with our tailor-made maintenance and service contracts and you will be fulfilling all the warranty-preservation requirements for your machinery at the exact same time.

Here you can see an overview of our 12-month maintenance contracts:

Package 1

  • Expendable parts (e.g. filters) and recommended lubricant package for 1 year
  • Flat-rate travel expenses
  • Discount on expendable parts that are not included in the maintenance package (e.g. suction cups, Baldwin wash membranes etc.)
  • Discount on the cleaning of anilox rolls and recoating

* If the contract is extended by a further year, unused days can be carried over into the following year. If the contract is not extended, unused days are forfeited.

Please note:
We agree upon dates individually with each customer. However, if specific days are desired, scheduled at short notice or postponed, in order to save on travel expenses in the case of necessary service operations for example, for packages 2 and 3 we charge an availability fee of 175.00 euro - if repair days are cancelled this fee increases to 300.00 euro.
